RULES, ELIGIBILITY & Application process

1️⃣ Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for consideration, students must demonstrate consistent engagement with SSA through the Winbox app between August 1 and December 20, 2025.

During this time, students must complete the following three actions:

  1. Send at least 5 student-initiated messages to their SSA Agent.

  2. These should be genuine check-ins or updates (not replies to a message).
Example: asking questions about scholarships, tutoring, college, or career advice.

  3. Complete at least 1 virtual session with a Specialist.

    • A “session” means a scheduled call, video meeting, or chat with a Specialist (academic tutor, mentor, or college coach).

    • Sessions help students make progress in key areas like academics, career planning, or personal growth.

  4. Take 2 or more actions on your SSA Plans.

    • “Actions” are the steps inside your Winbox Plan — for example, completing a goal your Agent suggested, updating your college list, or uploading a new résumé.

    • This shows initiative and commitment to your future.

💡 Tip: The more active and consistent a student is within the app, the stronger their chances of being selected!

2️⃣ Eligibility Review Period

From December 21–31, 2025, SSA will review engagement data to identify students who meet all eligibility requirements.

  • Agents and coordinators will not manually select winners — everything is based on verified in-app data.

  • Students who qualify will be contacted directly by SSA to move on to the application phase.

3️⃣ Application & Video Submission

Eligible students will then be invited to submit an official application and a short video explaining:

  • Why they should be chosen for the Super Bowl Dream Experience.

  • What SSA has meant to them.

  • How this opportunity would impact them and their family.

    🗓 Application window: January 1–8, 2026

Students will receive a link and instructions for submitting their materials. Late submissions will not be accepted.  Application closes at 12 pm CST on January 8th, 2026. The winner will be announced on January 12th, 2026.

4️⃣ Selection Process

Once applications close, SSA’s review team will evaluate each submission based on the following criteria:

  • App engagement (activity, consistency, and communication with their Agent)

  • Personal story & effort (thoughtfulness and authenticity in their video)

  • Overall growth shown through participation in SSA programs

The review team will narrow down applicants to three finalists.

5️⃣ Finalists & Winner Announcement

  • The top 3 finalists will each receive a $50 gift card to recognize their hard work and effort.

  • From these finalists, one student will be selected as the official SSA Super Bowl Dream Experience Winner and will be contacted personally by the SSA Team.

    🏆 Winner Announcement: January 12th, 2026

6️⃣ Important Notes

  • All eligibility data must come directly from SSA’s system (Winbox). Manual reports, screenshots, or outside submissions cannot count toward eligibility.

  • Students must have a parent or guardian consent form on file before being considered.

  • The selected winner and their parent/guardian will complete all travel and safety forms required by SSA prior to departure.

  • SSA reserves the right to verify engagement data and to disqualify any student who does not meet eligibility or conduct standards.
